For the last three days, I’ve been on a roadtrip back home. So you can expect that I did not eat healthy at all. Not at all.
I’ll list what I remember eating for the most part.
- 10 McNuggets
- 2 Medium fries
- A Chicken Ranch Sandwich
- Half of a milkshake
- 3 Protein Bars
Yuck. Yeah, I know. But at least I’ve switched from beef to leaner meat, like chicken. Even though it’s fast food.
I didn’t eat much today either since I got braces put on. All I’ve eaten today is
- 2 Cups of Vegetarian Chili
I’m probably going to have to switch to eating yoghurt and soups for the most part. Which I know will help me lose weight. Right now, I’m having some nice warm tea that’ll help the digestive tract most defiantly.
Today I always bought “goal pants.” They are a nice pair of size 3 skinny jeans that I want to be able to wear soon. Eeyup ~
